Strongly recommend for a momentary pause

Comfortable room, excellent facilities, with a generous breakfast that truly felt like a brunch buffet and a fantastic location just steps away from the metro station for easy city exploration.

My stay at City Seasons Towers Hotel Bur was excellent. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Burjuman Mall and the metro, making it easy to navigate for meetings. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view. The breakfast was particularly impressive, offering a variety of fresh, delicious options that catered to all tastes. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile.

The Premium King Room was comfy and clean, definitely met my expectations. I appreciated that the essentials were all there. The view from the window was nice too. Just a heads up, the bathroom could use a bit of soundproofing. Overall, it felt like a good space to unwind after a long day.

However, the overall experience wasn't without its drawbacks. The breakfast selection lacks variety, particularly when compared to similar-priced hotels, missing those omelets cooked to order. Room service can be a pain. if you want to call for something, you have to go through the operator, and even then, the wait can stretch to 50 minutes. Additionally, I noticed that the room's amenities, like the hairdryer, were in poor condition, which might be off-putting for those expecting a bit more care.

This hotel suits me perfectly with excellent amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness center, and an outdoor pool. On my first visit, the staff helped me find my lost necklace, which I'll always remember. Highly recommend it!

The food scene near City Seasons Towers Hotel is vibrant! Just a stone's throw away, I indulged at R' Adda and Nando's Burjuman—so packed with spice, they made my taste buds dance! Plus, the staff were super friendly and the room was comfy. Metro access is a total win.

The hotel offered a fantastic location close to the Underwater Zoo, which was a thrill for my teenage kids. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and I especially appreciated the delicious meals that accommodated our family. A special shoutout to the staff who always greeted us with a smile.

In my kids' opinion, the breakfast variety could be better for families. It would be nice to see more options catered to both adults and kids, like healthier cereals and hot food selections.
